Letco Incorporated produces equipment following the requirements established by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. By choosing an "ASME Code shop," the buyer is assured that the manufacturer can construct vessels that are designed, fabricated, and inspected utilizing a quality control system in compliance with a recognized safety standard. Annual audits by an authorized inspection agency, and triennial recertification reviews with the ASME and the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (National Board), demonstrate that the fabricator can continue to construct equipment in compliance with the ASME Code.

Although not all states, jurisdictions, and municipalities require registration of pressure vessels, it is Letco Incorporated policy to register all ASME Code stamped pressure vessels with the National Board. Every pressure vessel registered with the National Board has been examined by an inspector commissioned by the National Board. The inspector validates the design calculations, materials, and welding practices, examines the vessel, reviews the required test results, and signs the Manufacturers Data Report to certify that vessel complies with the ASME Code.

Letco Incorporated can also design your vessel to other codes as well, including American Petroleum Institute (API) 620 and 650, and Underwriter Labratories (UL) 142.

What sets Letco Incorporated apart from other ASME shops?

In a word, QUALITY.

The personnel at Letco Incorporated, whether they work on the fabrication floor or in the front office, all share a commitment to quality. The ASME Code is considered a minimum standard, a baseline that is usually exceeded. Ask our customers — the Letco Incorporated nameplate is the indicia of a well-designed and quality constructed, safe and reliable vessel.
